If we happen to miss a significant sign of wear, please send us an email to support@matsisland.com quoting the Order number , a description of the issue and some clear photos in good lighting.
In the event of a return due to a listing error (a mark was found that I hadn't mentioned) I will pay for shipping costs.
If a return is initiated due to change of mind about the item, shipping costs & fees will be deducted from the refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us and send the item back within 14 days of receipt of the item.
